This page explains how to request deletion of your MindMap HC account and the personal data associated with it, in line with Google Play's data-deletion requirements and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
01 How to request deletion
- In the app: open Profile → Delete Account and confirm your request.
- By email: send a request from your registered email address to the address below, with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

02 What gets deleted
Upon a verified request we delete your account credentials and the personal data we are not legally required to retain — including profile details, contact information, uploaded photos, and push-notification identifiers.
03 What may be retained, and for how long
Certain records must be kept to comply with UAE labour law and visa/immigration obligations — for example employment, payroll, and visa-processing records (including passport, Emirates ID and visa documents). These are retained only for the statutory period required by law, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised. No retained data is used for any new purpose.
04 Timeline
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. We email you to confirm once completed.
