These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.mindmaphumancapital.com (the "Website") and the MindMap HC mobile application (the "App"), both operated by MindMap Human Capital LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Website or App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
01 About us & our services
MindMap Human Capital LLC is a Dubai-based manpower outsourcing and recruitment company providing blue-collar and white-collar workforce solutions, including visa processing, payroll and compliance. Information on the Website is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer.
02 Eligibility & accounts (App)
The App is a business tool for authorised staff and workers of organisations that license it. Accounts are provisioned by your organisation's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
03 Acceptable use
You agree to use the Website and App only for lawful purposes and only to access data you are authorised to handle. You must not attempt to access other organisations' data, reverse engineer the App, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
04 Data & privacy
Your use involves processing of personal and, in the App, sensitive data (including government-issued documents). This is governed by our Privacy Policy and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). You agree to handle all worker data accessed through the App in accordance with applicable law.
05 Account & data deletion
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time via our Account Deletion page, in-app (Profile → Delete Account), or by email. Certain records may be retained for the period required by UAE labour law before secure deletion or anonymisation.
06 Intellectual property
The Website, App, and all content, trademarks and software are owned by or licensed to MindMap Human Capital LLC and its parent, and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.
07 Availability & changes
We aim to keep the Website and App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or update the Website, App or these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
08 Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Website and App are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
09 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
